Island of Blessing Broken

Hi there. In Island of Blessing, once we upgraded to blue rain, the rain countdown buff was removed from all players. We only ended up with 2 white packs by the end of IoB.

If it happens again try to get a screen shot and submit it in a ticket please.
Also what server did this happen on?

S13 Blackrock Gorge, and what is the screenshot for? The issue has been reported in the forum for several times. Since there is no compensation why bother filing a ticket?

I also have a other report that we have a glitche that got Zone B Yellow pack before the game

When you try to explain something to someone who does not necessarily play the game a picture is worth 1000 words.
If I have something to show R2 it makes the problem and the solution much more apparent. ( I can't assume all staff have seen all screen shots submitted before )
If you have any screen shots of the bug even old ones, it would be helpful.
