Ok well I just opened my Ares pack and got NOTHING



Just wondering if this is a bug and if it is I would like my 10 tokens back please

Ares packs do not contain Ares equipment and also don't contain White Tiger (7 days).

If you didn't get an item its most likely that you were supposed to get the white tiger (7 days) or the ares equip.

The pack does in fact contain a random Ares item, if you're lucky enough to get one. It has been tested and proven, however the White Tiger is the culprit of receiving no items from the pack. We are currently awaiting a resolution from the debug team.

I didn't see a proof of that yet.
Me and my friends together, with all of our alts, opened a few hundred of those packs, + whatever people on my merged server opened. No Ares Equipment seen yet. Puts the chance at far below 0.1%.

The issue is with the White Tiger coding, so the missing items should actually be the 7-day mounts. We are currently awaiting the debug team's response to this issue.

The issue surrounding the White Tiger has been fixed. For those of you who have screenshots of not receiving said mount from the Gift of Ares pack, you may submit a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include the screenshot and a brief description and the 7-day mount will be forwarded to you.

why the temporary mount. why not just return the tokens back. the issue was something that none of us (devs excluded) had control over unlike the compensation. just return the tokens. they could have been used for another few gmuts if the experimentation was not to be carried out on alts. its just futile to argue sensibly isnt it?

The players' initial intent was to hopefully win something better than a temporary mount, hence why the exchange for the pack in the first place. Due to the minor issue, they did not receive it; returning the 10 tokens would be as if you're getting a redo over a dud pack (who wants a temporary mount anyways, right?) - a second try. If the issue were never present, the players would all be stuck with temporary mounts they don't want ~ of course they'd rather get the tokens back knowing now that the prize was the White Tiger. It's sensible really for this decision to have been made: can't really get your money back for a ticket that you know didn't win.
