Design Avatar competition rewards

So this is the 2nd competition on the forum that i've entered and haven't received my rewards.

Firstly I entered the Halloween contest, which stated that ALL entrants would receive black dragon coins for participating and I didn't get those. Then I entered this design an avatar card competition and didn't receive my design as an avatar card.



Clearly this is my design, it hasn't even been edited AT ALL, see link below for my original entry.

Why am I not receiving my rewards for competitions I enter on here? Does R2 hate me or something?

does the new avatars give stats? i mean is it worth to cash for one ? or its just fashion?

I believe they are all gender-specific. Fiona is intended for females and Jacob for males. If there's another you're interested in and the gender is not stated, please provide me with the name and I will help you. Thank you!
