All I will say on the matter is that it is possible (though tedious) to stalk suspicious players, and with much persistence, can and have led to character/account bans. It's been done before.

It's not possible to take screenshots of all the upgrades exactly when they happen, firstly we are a big server and there's always a lot of people talking so the upgrades get lost in the chat and trying to scroll up is useless as whenever someone posts it drags you back to the bottom. Secondly, often we can be afk during some of the upgrades, so we only see what player X has by viewing their character and then seeing some back to back upgrades later...we can't possibly be expected to take screenshot after screenshot of their equipment just incase they upgrade. Thirdly, you can't predict when someone is going to upgrade.

Also, as a side note, we are the players...we don't get paid to go after people using 3rd party websites to upgrade their characters. R2 staff DO get paid, if we voice our concerns about someone upgrading in this way, especially multiple people voicing the EXACT SAME CONCERNS, then that should be reason enough for r2 to investigate. When we submit tickets, we get ignored or passed off with a thanks for filing the ticket and then nothing happens.

Actually even when we do it as she described it the result still the same! here with the way you described #: 471728 with many more Screenshots of upgrades and also movement on stuff on our server in that site! The result just an auto msg:
"GM: Greetings, Thank you for your report. We will submit this case to the developers and they will check this players item log and crystals log. If we get some evidence, we will take some necessary action on this player. We appreciate for your report again. If you have any other problems, please let us know. We will close your tikcet: please delegate your new issue in the new ticket. Thank you for your constant support and happy gaming! -The R2Games Team"

After the auto msg nothing is done nothing is said! The ticket seems it's just a line to ignore players!

We are all on different time zones, we all also have real lives and jobs to go too. We can't be on the game 24 hours 7 days a week to stalk this player to provide screenshots, especially when it would take r2 staff much less time to check the character in questions purchase history for the last month and see if it coincides with the amount of upgrades that the player has been making in such a short period of time. If said player was legitimately cashing through r2, this would be THOUSANDS of dollars in the space of 1 month so the case would be extremely easy to solve.

well from our point of view said player was a weakling 1 week ago,now has 800-900k patk via tons of spammed upgrades on wings,pretty much straight through divine in like 2-3 days,seal of doom in a day,gen 3 kyubi fused only with kyubi's... that alone is prolly 15-20kdollars via r2 shop... i'm pretty sure u could find that easy if said player dropped that much cash on r2 here in the last few days... no to mention frag immortal X and yet another frag immortal in one day.... thats a crazy ammount of DC yet he don't have the money to buy from shops nor noone was selling nowhere near that ammount needed... and he ain't been around long enough to farm thousands of dc to do so...

Actually only the divine wings he passed on just 2days would be enough to prove it! You need more than 15k divine feather to do so!
For example buying the [Divine*Feather Pack (20% Off)] costs 8k xtal which converts to 80$ for 167DF!
So for 15k DF you need to spend : 7120$ And that's only part of the upgrades we mention! I believe to see the order history for sums more than 10k$ is not that hard!
Let alone that divine feather on the alr mentioned site gone extinct after he done that! Like what happened with the Proms too, that's why he's stucked on promVI!
Btw the character 3weeks ago couldn't even pass corrupt L3 to farm divine feathers!

oh please we know it , r2 knows it ... you're just wasting time and effort . Its pretty dang obvious that toon ( yeah obviously I know about who u are talking about cuz its OVBIOUS) didn't even have perfect , didn't do corruption one day since I knew who piloted that and no one did during all these months and no shop in sg . Wanna bet that new alt with 3000p on top of the list is him?

we have same issues on my server mall is getting out of hand then when an legit player buys items and makes things we are called a maller lovely and normally its the maller calling us mallers

The solution is simple. half the price of crystal. R2 refuses to be competitive with the other market thats available. Stop hurting the consumer and make your prices competitive. With competitive prices everyone wins. for example why make 1 thing cost -- system cost 50 dollars to max when only one person will actually pay the money to complete it when you can make it 1 dollar to max (example) where 200 people can afford to complete it. thats 200 dollars in profit vs 50 dollars. This is virtual content and there is no limit to the amount of items this game can generate therefor lowering prices will not destroy the game economy. (sarcasm) or you can keep spending money on coders to keep making bound items and more things that cannot be traded in game. We could also charge a fee to unbind items and have it done through the ticket system O.O of course that would make too much since.

On another note, do you think the whole charm>xtal exchange was nerfed to make it seem like r2 was actually cracking down on mall, to fool people into thinking that they weren't associated with each other?

And Rev, before you jump in and tell us that R2 in fact is NOT associated with mallmmo (which tbh is very hard to believe considering the evidence), please explain why all tickets regarding the person this thread has been about have not been dealt with and said person is still doing more things on a daily basis. Even if they have cashed a few hundred dollars legitimately, just looking at their purchase history vs their xtal consumption would prove that something isn't right. To go from what the character was before Christmas, to what the character is now would take THOUSANDS of dollars...not even just a few thousand either.

I don't understand what purpose it serves. Now mallmmo doesn't sell characters with pre-loaded xtal, boohoo, that would be pretty damn useless for people anyway and now normal people who don't have the means irl to cash, can't make xtal in the game so don't have much chance of furthering themselves in game so will just quit.
