Pretty much what Mark said or else ask them to open the pack and show the items in trade window. Since the packs themselves are untradeable.Helpful Links

If he says "I hacked the game" take a screenshot of the conversation and send it via a CS ticket. If he did in deed "hack" to get them he'll be banned. If he did not then he will probably get a very stern message from CS about bragging about it.Server: Bearpaw Vally
