You need to accept the quest from the Channeler in starglade. Once you accept the quest you can then purchase items for 1 gold to help defeat the monster. You may or may not get a drop from killing the boss that spawns. The required level I am not certain of but I believe it is level 100.

I can confirm that Minori is correct with the quest requiring lv. 100 to be accepted.

the quest popsup (like literally a popup).. only when u turn Lv100..... and only then u can get it from the npc

i think u get it when u kill a lamp boss or something , doesnt really do anything
