my suggestion is to knock on every door in the neighborhood and talk to them about God.

Moderators are only other players, nothing more. A GM statement is all that matters. If there wasnt something illegal going on then one of the GMs would already have posted an official statement regarding this issue.

And no, a leveling bug never happened before and is not possible. As well as the announcement bug is not possible in 100+ cases.
