Yes, possible, you have 80% dodge rate, he has 10% hit rate.... There's a chance he can miss. Your Dodge vs his Hit rate. Not his Dodge + Hit Rate.

and yes I will stick with my theory, because it's correct. It's been proven over and over.

It hasn't been proven by you. It hasn't been proven by me. I've proven that there is an inconsistency in your theory.

afaik dodge scales to level deterimentally. meaning the higher your level the less agility counts for your total % stats. bear that in mind as I have tested a 255% dodge rating (temporary buffs) at level 50 rogue eidolon vs a player with 125% hitrate, the only time the (x) toon was able to hit the 255% dodge rating was with A.) Undodgeable status ailment (priest curse) B.) Frag proc C.) their wings proc'd angelic blessing (wing buff, has different names based on the level of wings) and it buffed all their attributes to hit 1/10

so with all that said, I believe the % modifiers beside agility/hitrate are the determining factor, if you have 100% dodge, and I have 100% hitrate, it doesn't mean that I can hit you 100% of the time, my theory is that there is a multiplier with these %s calculated each hit
