Well the gold treasures I've opened I've gotten separately:

Greater Mount Upgrade Tokens(x5)
OR
Soul Shards(not sure of amounts but I think 2 or 3)

I've only opened two of the Gold Treasures though, if I open more I'll be sure to let you know ^^
