Did you wasted thousand dollars or more on R2Games? Do you think you own your account? Are you sure? Do you think you are investing in your fun and your time will be respected in the future? Think again...
I got my account banned this morning without justification and without any violation to the Terms of Service I tried to get an account nickname change and made an story and this cost me my account, they now believe I am sharing (Two people using the same account - example "You and your son" (cannot share) now they though I am sharing my account and whiout any explanation this is the quality of the Customer Service I received - This is how the explain to you that your account is banned.
Can you spot the customer service vs. customer rage here? Can you spot the "acct" and the "sharing" after the dot and the quality of the message? I am not a grammar teacher but this shows lack of interest and lack of respect to the conclusion of this Ticket and further more to the Credit Card users and money.

This is the type of customer support that I got from R2Games and that you might get from Help Support. I send an email to other R2Games area but have no received any response yet. Someone needs to help customer from this type of bullying.
There is money involved in this issue, but when I was going through the ToS - I found and interesting paragraph I felt the urgency to inform, not because it is written in the Terms of Service means it is the law.

You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interested in any account stored or hosted in an R2Games system, including without limitation any R2Games account or Our Games account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to such accounts are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of R2Games.

So this means no matter what, the money you use, the nickname, the email validations or any other step taken to officially and formally confirm your identification is actually a legal procedure to follow for any legal purpose. You validate you are a person but not any ownership. Money using for R2Games is not secure with this kind of Support.
Players need another way to reach support.
