    Hello,

    Did you wasted thousand dollars or more on R2Games? Do you think you own your account? Are you sure? Do you think you are investing in your fun and your time will be respected in the future? Think again...

    I got my account banned this morning without justification and without any violation to the Terms of Service I tried to get an account nickname change and made an story and this cost me my account, they now believe I am sharing (Two people using the same account - example "You and your son" (cannot share) now they though I am sharing my account and whiout any explanation this is the quality of the Customer Service I received - This is how the explain to you that your account is banned.

    Can you spot the customer service vs. customer rage here? Can you spot the "acct" and the "sharing" after the dot and the quality of the message? I am not a grammar teacher but this shows lack of interest and lack of respect to the conclusion of this Ticket and further more to the Credit Card users and money.

    Support received from R2Karel says "Thank you" 3 times, what is the meaning of this? Thanks you for your money donation...?.

    This is the type of customer support that I got from R2Games and that you might get from Help Support. I send an email to other R2Games area but have no received any response yet. Someone needs to help customer from this type of bullying.

    There is money involved in this issue, but when I was going through the ToS - I found and interesting paragraph I felt the urgency to inform, not because it is written in the Terms of Service means it is the law.

    You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interested in any account stored or hosted in an R2Games system, including without limitation any R2Games account or Our Games account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to such accounts are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of R2Games.

    So this means no matter what, the money you use, the nickname, the email validations or any other step taken to officially and formally confirm your identification is actually a legal procedure to follow for any legal purpose. You validate you are a person but not any ownership. Money using for R2Games is not secure with this kind of Support.

    Players need another way to reach support.

    i agree with you entirely but the problem is that u dont exactly need to pay money in, so i can see your point in that u lost your account and all the money u placed in. They should however be a way round this though as we shouldnt be subject to the whim of the "money grabbers"

        So im confused are you account sharing or not? Or was you just trying to lie to them to get a nickname change?

        Either way both are against ToS, and you should be banned for it. Before you play a game like this, read the rules.

        And the "Thank You" think, is them just being polite, thats there job, just like a telemarketer, no matter how mad you are at them, they are nice and polite.

          The account is not being shared and yes I lied.

          Can you be more specific when you mention the Term of Use and reffer to the article or paragraph that you mention? General information just implies your affirmation does not support it.

          The issue I complain of is the Term of Use. Customers should have knowledge of the impact on their wallets by the rules and if this Term of Use are trully following the laws of international payments and procedures and also if the customer is receiving the expected Support, which in this case I did not. If I invest in a feature or a program that will provide me with a service I am expected to receive that service form my payment. There should be a way to contact this company or related companies to the chain of payment procedure involved with R2Games to complain and that is all a mistery.

          I care about the money. Digital information is not material.

          I know you can see the bullying in the email... Do not blind yourself ot it. Yes, I lied about my account but the ban is not justified, period. R2Games have the rights to close my account anytime they want and I have the right to complain and investigate on my own.

          Either way Support is not polite and far from nice and players are not well informed of the money use and their implications, money is bussiness and theere are rules in the world, games are games and they are rules in the games. You are wrong Haphaestus.

          I am still waiting for real assistance not affirmations and political behaviour,

            You haven't really given the whole picture here. You left out what said in your ticket that led to you being banned. The thing is, they have to accept the story you gave as the true and correct version. Anything you say after the 'now you're banned' response is only going to be seen as a way to get unbanned, but not as the truth because the truth is the original message you sent.

            The "No Ownership Rights in Account" part of the ToS is there because the accounts belong to R2. You can't pick up and move an account, it's not yours to sell or give away, you can't do what you want with it, etc, most companies online have similar protective clauses. I'm not sure what sort of ownership you are seeking, though.

              As a human being I was seeking.... The kind of assistance you are giving.

              Now I know you follow your own procudures without further explanation not even acknowloging human error. Thats insanity for me but everyone has their own opinions and perspective. I will not post the whole thread here since it contains personal information. I confirm my lack of truth in the thread but alas another issue arise from this, lack of trasnparency and poor assistance to money related bussiness.

              Thanks for your comprehension but... I created a new account and will begin from 0.

              I just know this was a lack of respect from R2Games Help Support and the procedure you use to ban accounts lack of perspective. I was not helped with anything I was attacked and them sentenced without further explanation. Congrats on that behaviour to R2Games Help Support.

              And also is not in your hands to determine psycologically which email is the truth. I am not looking forward to get the account back I preffer it this way to make a point. What I wanted with this thread is to create conciusness to the players about the payments they do a a foreign company that won't respond personally to assistance after real money is being sent from the life time customers spent to make it and that R2Games won't explain even if there is money involved.

              The R2Games Assistance lack of education and professional behaviour, with every response except this one I felt attacked, that is not what I expected from a company that manages money from several countries and multicultural customers.

              And now they have like hundreds of dollars from my money to the owners's pocket based on a parapgraph from a Term of Use and without any further explanation. How does it looks like?

                The fact is you broke the ToS. And are subject to there penalty, which is the loss of your account. It says clearly in the ToS if your break it your risking your account and everything attached to it.

                    I've never seen someone feel attacked by someone else saying thank you before. I do apologize on Karel's behalf if you felt in any way attacked. It's simply proper procedure to thank people, even if the outcome isn't desirable.

                    I'm not asking you to post the entire contents of your ticket here (I'd just remove it anyway, as tickets are private communications). However, if you need assistance with your ticket, you can pm any mod for assistance. Sometimes we are able to help the player understand the reply better and sometimes we are able to communicate the player's concern in a different way that is more understandable.

                    Judging by what you've shared about your ticket, I'd say you did get a professional reply. The Terms of Service are there to protect you and the company. You had to check the box saying you agreed to them before you even started playing the game. You don't have to agree with them, but you do need to follow them if you decide to continue playing here (that part is also in the Terms of Service). But, I don't see what the point you are trying to make is. Your issue has nothing to do with money, it was handled appropriately, and you've already decided to move on.
