Nah, you just don't know how R2 runs at all.

Not? R2 is breaking californian law.
They even state in their ToS that they have an office in LA but how comes that they are not registrated there?
Same goes for the 10th mllion user contest. Winners have to be announce by public request, however, R2 ignores that.
They should rework their tos and apply chinese law, since they are legit in hong kong.

If you have such a major issue, do what the rest of the players have threatened to do.
Sue R2 Games and no longer receive assistance via Tickets or from us.
