Player chat names

Lastly, i've seen this weird thing on world chat:
Normally you can view the players, but now you couldnt click their names
And there was this guy who said that he was typing for everyone
I know it sounds confusing, but some1 just used a player name, and the real player with that name said it wasnt him.
Now ive tried to see how it goes, and all I got is (lets say my in game name is Alexandra):
[Alexandra] : [r^PlayerX] : blablabla
Now what was going on on world chat, is this:
[r^PlayerX] : blabla but that wasnt the real PlayerX (and u cant click the name to vieuw either)
So my question is; how can you write something on world chat without your name saying there?
So without [Alexandra] : ...
I know this is a bit confusing, but players who hhave seen it know what im taking about lol

I know the way, but it will not be released - and what he is doing is considered ghosting - and he can be muted for doing so - if it is used to make another player look bad.

the real person is overlord, below ares is just a typo. u cant click to view char.

its very annoyin.. but i dunno if its break the rules

Not really is very easy, they use notepad. I do that as well XD And i do not think it is against the rules lol Just to have some laugh

If its used to deceive other players and place the blame on another then yes its against the ToS.
