A basic guide for the Fragarach feature can be found here: http://forum.r2games.com/showthread....tial-Fragarach. With that, you're going to end up "wasting DCs". There's simply no way around it as the enchantment system is based on percentage and sheer luck. This thread has not been worked on since 2016. It's unlikely it'll be continued to be adjusted.
