THE TLDR VERSION IS BASICALLY THIS: LOOK AT THE PICTURES.
You are more than welcome to try this build out, and make any adjustments as you see fit. But before I get into this guide, I'll give you some background information first:
I play a level 100 Scion priest. I am part of a Ladder team that frequently travels to level 65+ of ladder, and I PVP in Sengolia battlegrounds, compete in Avernal Realm, and solo Dungeons at nightmare level. The exception being nightmare Hollows because Wrath likes to kick my butt.
Now, on to the guide.

STATSAs with most other priest guides, my suggestion is Pure Intelligence. You get health boosts from Soul, Jades, Gear, Mount, etc. There are many possibilities to build up health and endurance, so why put so many points into endurance if you're looking to be more of a support character?
My stats are as follows:
These are buffed stats, and I've put on a Covenant cap (for Ladder). It gives me an additional health boost, healing boost, and cast speed boost to bring it up to 157%. That's 7% up from 150% with Slayer's cap.
Your cast speed matters. Yes, it's about how much you heal, too, but the faster you can cast your spells, the better.
SKILLS
Let's start with the Holy Tree, shall we?
As you can see, it's very heavy in terms of skills like Guardian's Protection, Angel's Blessing, Circle of Power, Resurrection, Saint's Strength, and Heavenly protection. Buffs are important! Buffs and heals are key.
Also Light Heal is maxed, and Circle of Healing is 4/5. I ran out of skill points.
You can be perfectly okay with keeping Res at level 1 if you choose, but I prefer it to be level 5 because of a 2 second cast time. I cannot stress enough how handy this is in ladder.
Having Light Heal maxed is very important. It's instant cooldown, relatively quick to cast, and is used more frequently than the others. Healing Wave has a very slow cooldown rate of 12 seconds. Don't max it.
It's better to put points into Circle of Healing. It has a short cast rate, is an AoE heal, and its cooldown is shorter than that of healing wave.
Angel's Blessing is important to keep up mp/hp regen. Saint's Strength gives your heal a nice boost, and its mp consumption is taken care of by Angel's Blessing.
In addition to support skills, I have some holy attack skills. Spirit infusion + Improved Spirit Infusion + Blood pact + 3 curses + Master Light Beam/Blood beam are the skills I use for Sengolia.
And now for the Blood Tree.
Everything is level 1. I'm not pvp heavy, but I have some blood skills to aid me in combat, Avernal, and dungeons. My default skill is Master Blood Beam, and I use Improved Blood Pact, never Life Drain.
AFK SET UP
Very simple set up for higher level dungeons. Light heal and potions in healing slot (potions just in case I need them), Spirit infusion, improved spirit infusion and blood pact in afk skill bar. That's it. I like faster attack skills.
GEAR
Last thing! I don't like Jades, so I stock up Sapphires in my cap. Note that this is a personal preference. I like Ambers in my armour and boots. And my staff and gloves are chock full of....
...Emeralds!
And that's it! My soul tree mainly focuses on the Spirit of Light soul tree, but I've dabbled in many of the other trees. Spirit of Light soul tree offers a lot of healing, intelligence bonuses, and cast speed bonus.
Thanks for reading~
Hope this helps anyone who's curious about another priest build!
