S13 connection failure after update

ever since the update at 4am Central us time i have no been able to get into the server im just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and when it may be fixed

am on S49 and i cant relog back in.. was playing earlier then it just happened to dissconect me without a reason then when i relog back i cant go in..

(S41)Amethyst Forest is also having an issue with this. My son and I both have tried to log in with the same results, but on different computers. We have been trying for over an hour to log back in.

It is the same servers has it always is! The merged ones including s61,s49,s37 etc. Hope we are not back to this as a weekly problem.
