my vip ran out and it wont let me renew says vip is still active even though in game it says inactive what gives?

VIP subscriptions are automatically continued every month until you personally cancel it. If your VIP is still active and paid for and your toon is not labelled as such, file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Briefly explain the issue, attach a screenshot of your character lacking VIP, and the GMs will take a look around to see what the problem is. You can also try canceling your VIP subscription where it says it's active and proceed to renew it once it's been cancelled.
