priest lv 148 , i hunt for order , i have 7x Grand Marshal Order . i need 2 week to get 1x Grand Marshal Order . how mucy time i need to make 20x Grand Marshal Order .

It is entirely based on drop chance, so there isn't exactly an accurate answer for how long it will take you. For some players, it's taken only a couple weeks, others have taken months, so the time spent grinding for orders really does vary from one player to the next. Just keep doing your thing and grinding whenever you can; you'll get there eventually.

i grinding 10 haors per day for that order , I do not think normal this thing . my computer work 24/24 . I think something must be done about that drop

Believe it or not, it's quite the norm. At this point in time, many players have been able to reach level 150, so it's very much possible. Persistence is the key, as well as luck.
