Purchasing problem for vip

Can anyone please help me to activate my vip???? I paid but nothing happen no crystals or what ever... We paid for nothing

First make sure your VIP was successfully activated. You can do so by accessing your My R2 account and then viewing your VIP status. If it is indeed activated and it's been over 24 hours since the completion of your VIP purchase, you may file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include your order number as well as your character IGN with the server number. The GMs will follow-up on your VIP purchase from there.

Because this was your first transaction, it will take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered. A screenshot can be taken by using the "print screen" key on your device.

well this is my first payment i used payment method in mol points... can i ask?? how long it takes before i received my crystals???
