legendary gear always been the hardest to enchant!! not to mention past +11 -.-

even epic, try getting to +13, for example, lvl80 offhand and lvl100 offhand, see the difference

as i said before, low-lvl gear with lower quality is okay, ne?

gotta work hard to get anything >_<
