i have bought crystal, but havent delivered yet.

When it is your first time recharging it can/might take up to 24 hours for the Crystals to be delivered. Do not panic we have all experienced this 24 hour waiting time on first time cashing If how ever after 24 hours you have still not had your Crystals file a ticket and R2 will sort it out for you
