GameDP CS shutting down, need to talk to R2 administators for options.

okay, so appearantly dovo has it where u can create an account here, transfering the characters from dovo to here. my problem is that i also have an account with the same email/nickname as the one i have with dovo and i get a message of "nickname or email already exists". what can we do if we want the dovo characters on the R2?
