I just went in to my History to see when I VIP runs out, and my entire Cash History has gone! Like completly vanished, Why is this?

Carefull now 2 months ago something similar happened to me 2
I went to cancel my VIP but it didnt show it to me like i didnt had any active VIP but so i could not cancel it and next month they took the subscription automaticaly and activated it again after that i could cancel it for real
