failed to connect to server

yo GM, today i cant login to the game, it was said "failed to connect to server". what happened?my inet connection just fine tho, please do something bro, tyvm

We do know what's causing the problem, however the cause isn't what the team is accustomed to seeing. It's a rather sensitive matter and will be taking some time to address.

Read up through this forum thread - its not just you, we are all locked out of the servers

so aside from not being able to login - cannot purchase crystal either.

I can select the server but the character list comes up empty.
Could speculate on whether its the database that has gone corrupt or if something's just broken in the communication with the database. /sigh
either way - if the hacking speculation proves true then they may be concerned about security and whether any login information has been compromised.

(and seriously, need to tone down the over-moderation post moving/merging/editing please)

It may not be very reassuring, but the team is adamantly working on this problem.

The recharging issue is one I have yet to come across these recent days, but I will forward it along to the team to be checked.
