Order incomplete when Paypal says it went through successful

I purchased 40$ in crystals this morning and it's been over a good 5 hours.

According to my mail it was accept and it went through without a problem but i have not received the crystal yet

Can you please have them look into this and why the order was incomplete. TY

Depending on the payment method used for your purchase, there can be a delay from the time of payment to the time of delivery. First recharges on a toon also have a longer wait time, so if a purchase doesn't come through within the day, you could then provide your R2 order number and we'll have the team check on its status from there.
