Those of you who are still getting an error when trying to log in, you're going to need to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support so R2 can test your account. They will need your username or email address for the account giving you an error, and may ask for proof of account ownership.

Except for you. You're going to need to wait for the issue to be fully resolved because only the original owner may request assistance for an account, as detailed in the Terms of Service.

So all caps for you. When you log in, is your name in the upper left corner also in all caps?

wow this is the problem. i couldnt log this toon either which has no capital letters in name. when i changed to all caps Bingo it worked. there is your problem right there r2. Now my logg-in name shows all caps. not sure what u all did or how u can change them back to origonal.

So instead of Horizon1, you are HORIZON1? Or is it a different account you are talking about?
