Why are you guys closing our tickets with out you responding to them?

If you need to re-open a case, simply post another response in the same ticket. Avoid creating duplicate tickets as it only complicates matters in the backend. -
but i have this is my 3rd ticket with in a month and they all get closed and no response. all about the Chaos wings. what's up with that?Comment

Tickets automatically close when inactive for so long, hence why unattended cases need to be revived with a response from yourself along with the request of a ticket forward.Comment
