Update: S15, S39, S44, S48 are all online (same server group), but S6 is offline.
Edit: S10, S24, and S58 have toons online also. Seems to be only S6 affected.Comment

S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S7, S8, S9, S16, S20, S52, S55, S57, S59, DPS1-S3 are all offline btw...Comment
