Use a firewall, check your active connections and close the pop-up/pop-under.

Oh, and stop watching pr0n from the net, it's not safe.

well i lag alot and its the only window open, don't watch *pr0n*, do my regular scans, you have any ideas

It's not always the answer, but a fresh start could help. Also there are many guide on the forum on how to reduce latency/lag, check this out!
