Reason for charecters gone

I have been checking around, And it seems that since servers are merging it seems that only 1 can be on until the merge is complete. I went to my "server" and pm'd someone (since cannot talk in world chat til lvl 20) and i asked what server are we on and they said [S56],,, I am from [S58] and they are suppose to be merging, If GMs could fix this it would be really great, otherwise alot of people will be really really upset and it wont look too good on your behalf

i just reset my connection due to its slow speed
when i return back and log in i dont see my account
