Missing Character Issue -- Known Issue, please use this thread

Hi, I've gone to log into the server, and rather than the list of 3 characters I would normally have, its asking me to create a new character.
My Main was Chillidog..

I cant post a support ticket as it asks me to select a character... I have none to select so the ticket won't allow me to continue...

Staff is aware of the issue and are looking into it now. Seems only the servers on the upcoming merge list are effected, and it should be a temporary situation. Please have patience while the issue is being corrected.

Okay everyone, there is good news, and bad news. The Good News is that we've found the problem, and we're currently working on fixing. The Bad News is that its going to take long enough to fix that the server merge will have already started by the time we've got everything repaired. As such, we are now closing the login for all servers taking part in the merge. It will reopen once the merge is completed. Once the merge is done, we'll be having double exp rate and double drop rates for 24 hours due to this issue.

Just a glitch. Should be fixed soon enough, but the servers will all be down in an hour for the merge anyway.

Im sure its just a bug with the whole server merging going on nobody trip out I mean the end of the world is in a few days worry about that in the meantime r2 will get this fixed up x)
