I sent in a ticket last week, and im still waiting to hear something, it said id recieve a response within 72 hours. I got nothing in my email about a response or anything,

Any time your tickets are not answered within the 72 hour time period please, message a moderator. We'll notify the team about your needing assistance. If you do not have a ticket number you'll need to private message a moderator the email attached to the ticket for assistance.
