My internet went down for an hour or so and after it was back up i cant log into the game, i can log in to my r2 account but not a game

I have tried different accounts, different servers, different r2 games, r2 client, https, http nothing works cant play any of them

I went to the recharge page on the website and my characters don't even exist, it says to create a character to recharge. Did you delete my characters?

Unfortunately, the servers are experiencing some technical difficulties. I have notified the team of the issues. Please, be patient in the meantime.
Suggestion, if you experience the issue again try closing the browser out completely before trying to log on again.
