Hi as a player returning after a long time away I have lost my char lock I submitted a ticket on the 17th of the 4th to try and get some help with this I got a response to the ticket almost immediately asking for some questions to be answered for verifying and such i answered all questions in a reply and have still heard nothing 10 days later was just wondering if this can be looked at please
