Crystal not received after purchase

Hello I'm writing in forums to find some help hopefully. I sent a ticket yesterday as I made a purchase of 500crystal and didn't receive the crystal but taken the money and I also have my email of proof of purchase I'm just wondering how long does it take to get the crystal?
