As your situations were similar, the other party had his weapon removed from his character once again. The ticket stated that they should treat everybody equally, and by making that claim to you, the other party suffered the consequence. Now you both no longer have the item you both filed a ticket for.

In a way, you did blame R2 by claiming injustice. These are the results.
