ordered 1000 crystals, got nothing

as stated in another post, ticket system is broken, we can't find any character in any server.

I'm on S61, I still can't find any character in this server, but I'm actually playing on this server, my ign is Ajatara

Your forum name doesn't seem to be the account name for that character. Please double check the account name you need for the ticket form. It will be the name on the home page after you've logged in, where it says Welcome.

at the homepage, it uses my forum name as my account name......but I always use my email to login into the game

It seems my account info is corrupt in your database. I can only login with my email but not with my account name displayed at the homepage.

That just means your account is bound to your email address. Your login is your email, but your account name is the name that shows on the homepage. Use that name as the account name in the ticket.
