ok so I tried to file a ticket like I was told but it said I don't have a character on server 61 I do his name is sykes now how am I ment to file a ticket if it wont let me I just want what I paid for

To both of you, are you using the correct account name? For example, if the forum account you are currently logged into is the same account your character is on, then your account name will be the R2### name.

yes and i have 3 toons and its doing the same on all 3 i have bought vip on 2 and xtals on 2 and got nothing even tho on my acc on site it shows that the purchase was complete for the xtals and shows next billing date for vip
