This is getting beyond a joke now you said my account was sorted.i bought vip did i get it?..... No can i file a ticket ...... No.so i went on a ticket from last week and put it there did i get a response .... No! I am putting no more cash into this game its frustrating as hell!

Understandable. I also made sure Death had his VIP, as discussed, and was happy to see that. I asked about any outstanding crystal purchases and was told those went through as well. Hopefully you're both all caught up now.
It does seem like the ticket issue and the recharge issue are directly connected, so if either of you recharge or renew VIP and don't get it within 12 hours, please send me a pm here on the forums, especially if you still don't see your characters in the ticket drop down.
