same problem.. always disconnected after a 1-2 mins of logging in. can't finish rv, quest, events. i tried clearing my cache, use different browser. still getting disconnection after a few mins of playing the game. please fix this as soon as possible.. can't play cs the way i play before.

It's an issue with the ISP itself. The only course of action is to either change your ISP or call them to complain. Maybe they can switch your IP to one that keeps you connected.

R2 cannot fix internet issues.

Give me the quote where I said stop playing. I have said to call the ISP. So, call them. R2 can't contact the ISP because R2 is not their customer.

It's either the bandwidth cap getting hit since it's the end of the month, or the ISP is routing you through a bad hop. If it was server side, it would affect more than just this one ISP's customers. The techs aren't seeing any issues, and the issues have been tested from multiple countries across the world- the only people who could verify there was an issue use that ISP.
