    Still getting stuck during login

    Hi, I'm still having a problem getting stuck at random percentages on the loading screen when trying to login. The few times I can get logged in it will get stuck when I change maps or switch lines. I've been having this problem since the hosting issue on April 12th and 13th. I've tried the 7 steps that MemoryLane had posted and it did not help. I tried to open a ticket as well but got an error each time I tried. Anyone have any other tips that might help?

    Some people experiencing this problem are due to one specific ISP having issues. So, let's start there- which ISP do you use?

                Unable to create ticket. Please correct errors below and try again. I've filled in all the blanks and tried to attach a MS word document that has the details in it.

                  It's the word doc, the ticket system doesn't accept that attachment format. Try sending the ticket without the doc attached.

                    OK, I'll put the info in the ticket. It's going to be a long ticket. lol

                      There's a letter limit in the ticket, so leave out anything that really isn't needed.
