But, R2 NEVER say they need to use NPC you can ask Koramgame too, they dont use any of NPC of lie thing........ its ALL JOYO vault go to yeep and protest there.... R2 is inocent and have to responsible what they dont do. Is that fair to blame R2?

and i thought i was naive. you obviously do not check any of the other threads. Dovo games is doing transfer to here using the NPC. it is something used with a website shutting down to get everyone access to their chars here to play. Blah. no use explaining it to someone. enjoy playing in your little bubble.

This is a load of bull. Check the recent transfer (Dovogames) forums, and you will see they are using the NPC too. No other platform would deliberately chose to use a method for transfer where they know it went this badly wrong before, so that tells me it is R2 who decided how to do the merges, not Joyo. Stop trying to blame Joyo for everything that happened when there is no evidence it is Joyos fault besides R2 saying it was, but there is evidence that R2s accusations were made up (namely that another company is transfering with the NPC, which R2 claimed was Joyo's idea).

If it was due to joyo wanting to use npc then why is dovo doing the same thing. using an npc to transfer all their accounts.

starting this thread... devs don't look at forums.... you gave these people hope for nothing

Actually this thread was started because we cared for the Joyopark players, and when we saw what your GM had written we wanted to help, maybe to you TRYING to help isn't something you are use to, and going by that I'm guessing its really not, but it was this thread that alerted the GMs to the situation, which in turn got them to get in contact with the Devs to find out what had happened. If your going to be ****** be ****** at the people who caused the problem NOT at Jess!! She was just trying to help YOU, but like I said clearly your just an ungrateful SOB.

witch hunts wont be tolerated. been trying to help the awesome Gm's here with this and give ideas to fix the situation. and R2 has been doing what they can to look into this situation when i bring the suggestions from this thread to them and in reports to them about this forum activity and my own suggestions.
If you so choose to go the legal route&charge-backs. that will cause complications. we will no longer be able to further assist you and you can contact your legal department then be removed from R2games site. &any resolution found to the current situation if R2games finds one, will no longer apply to you as you will be banned from the site do to your choice of taking legal action.

Personally I'm the type of person that keeps trying on these forums& in game, even when all the odds are stacked against me& or R2 says "no that isn't possible, or something we can do with changes". and that persistence in a constructive way has worked out well. there were changes to Fragarach requirements, and many other things based off helpful players input and that persistence to see change&drive to see it through.
not promising anything. can't do that as I'm not in the position to guarantee anything. but its been shown people who are actually supportive and helpful can get things done.
if not what originally wanted then possibly a agreement on something fair.

AND to you devs and techs out there, i know you will never look at this post but you people need to seriously start some kind of defence team because i know for a fact i am not the only person with a lawyer. and also I have a very big mouth and i will let it be known one way or the other what you people did to the joyopark people. i already gathered up the facts and i am just looking for the right news team to talk to and i have a handful of people willing to talk to the media, some have lost 1000s of dollars.
now with that said, i never agreed to anything on r2 games. never signed a term and agreement so a BIG **** OFF!!!

I don't get it, so there still working to get a fix or was there post saying they are done the truth? If its done and over why wouldn't people want there money back and why would they care if they got banned from here? I for one would prefer the fix over getting my money back and being banned but if that's no longer possible whats the point?

I have been in contact with a layer and everything about this whole situation and was advised to give it a month before taking anymore actions to see if R2 and JoyOPark could get it fixed, so that's what I am doing after that and if there is no help, people that have a lot invested in this game should want there money back.

We have all tried taking the high road and waited patiently for a fix and that hasn't happened, what exactly are we waiting on now?

i know some people are quite ****** about the failed merge situation. i would be lying if i said i was not one of them. but i even sent a ticket in with a screen shot as proof of my char belonging to me. but all i got in response was bad info followed up by the link to the thread where they said they are not going to be able to help anyone from joyo.
i would love a fix and wont resort to making threats. but it just seems hopeless and very frustrating if nothing is going to be done. even things that are known that could work. even if it is time consuming.

I mean we all lost a lot of money due to R2 games negligence and I for one believe that the media should post some story about it to warn people of the shenanigans on thier website. And you can say that yeep is owned by r2 games? i did my homework and found no evidence to support that. you say we paid money to joyopark so they are responsible? Bull... R2 games lost us through the negligence of an idiot that walks away in the middle of handling something like this??? they should have stopped the merge until they could fix it but that is not the point... What is that guys name??? where does he live so I can lead the witch hunt to his front door and gwet an explaination as to why he could be so irresponsible like that. I think R2 games should be exposed for the hideous company that they are. I hope that R2 games decide to hold thier own lawsuit against the idiot that messed it up. There is nothing nobody can say here that is relevent... period. I do not even care about the money I lost now, I just want to see some justice served....

Please everyone just be productive in this thread. Do not be reactive. We need to get their attention by asking for help, and by everyone showing support of the Joyo players coming to R2.

The fact remains that it would be in R2s benefit to try everything, and I really mean everything, in their power to get the Joyo players over here.

And it would benefit our servers as well.

You can go file in small claims court up to $5000 and if no one from R2 shows up to your local court house you will be rewarded what you sue for, it only costs $35 so well worth it to get your money back. Also I am about to send a report into the BBB to let others know what is going on. If I do not get the crystals I purchased or my character back.

they are not gonna help us even with that option it seems. they just want everyone to start over again and pay them to upgrade fast. i tried ticketing to get my char setup with proof of my char ownership and they don't even want to help that way.
