    and i thought i was naive. you obviously do not check any of the other threads. Dovo games is doing transfer to here using the NPC. it is something used with a website shutting down to get everyone access to their chars here to play. Blah. no use explaining it to someone. enjoy playing in your little bubble.

    This is a load of bull. Check the recent transfer (Dovogames) forums, and you will see they are using the NPC too. No other platform would deliberately chose to use a method for transfer where they know it went this badly wrong before, so that tells me it is R2 who decided how to do the merges, not Joyo. Stop trying to blame Joyo for everything that happened when there is no evidence it is Joyos fault besides R2 saying it was, but there is evidence that R2s accusations were made up (namely that another company is transfering with the NPC, which R2 claimed was Joyo's idea).

    If it was due to joyo wanting to use npc then why is dovo doing the same thing. using an npc to transfer all their accounts.

    starting this thread... devs don't look at forums.... you gave these people hope for nothing
    Actually this thread was started because we cared for the Joyopark players, and when we saw what your GM had written we wanted to help, maybe to you TRYING to help isn't something you are use to, and going by that I'm guessing its really not, but it was this thread that alerted the GMs to the situation, which in turn got them to get in contact with the Devs to find out what had happened. If your going to be ****** be ****** at the people who caused the problem NOT at Jess!! She was just trying to help YOU, but like I said clearly your just an ungrateful SOB.

    AND to you devs and techs out there, i know you will never look at this post but you people need to seriously start some kind of defence team because i know for a fact i am not the only person with a lawyer. and also I have a very big mouth and i will let it be known one way or the other what you people did to the joyopark people. i already gathered up the facts and i am just looking for the right news team to talk to and i have a handful of people willing to talk to the media, some have lost 1000s of dollars.
    now with that said, i never agreed to anything on r2 games. never signed a term and agreement so a BIG **** OFF!!!

    I don't get it, so there still working to get a fix or was there post saying they are done the truth? If its done and over why wouldn't people want there money back and why would they care if they got banned from here? I for one would prefer the fix over getting my money back and being banned but if that's no longer possible whats the point?

    I have been in contact with a layer and everything about this whole situation and was advised to give it a month before taking anymore actions to see if R2 and JoyOPark could get it fixed, so that's what I am doing after that and if there is no help, people that have a lot invested in this game should want there money back.

    We have all tried taking the high road and waited patiently for a fix and that hasn't happened, what exactly are we waiting on now?

    i know some people are quite ****** about the failed merge situation. i would be lying if i said i was not one of them. but i even sent a ticket in with a screen shot as proof of my char belonging to me. but all i got in response was bad info followed up by the link to the thread where they said they are not going to be able to help anyone from joyo.
    i would love a fix and wont resort to making threats. but it just seems hopeless and very frustrating if nothing is going to be done. even things that are known that could work. even if it is time consuming.

    You can go file in small claims court up to $5000 and if no one from R2 shows up to your local court house you will be rewarded what you sue for, it only costs $35 so well worth it to get your money back. Also I am about to send a report into the BBB to let others know what is going on. If I do not get the crystals I purchased or my character back.

    they are not gonna help us even with that option it seems. they just want everyone to start over again and pay them to upgrade fast. i tried ticketing to get my char setup with proof of my char ownership and they don't even want to help that way.
