What is a difficult Dungeon

Why does R2 believe it necessary to confuse us by not to use the correct wording when they describe things.

The Treasure Key says that they can be acquired from Dungeon Bosses +75 (difficult)

But we have easy, hard and nightmare dungeons.

Soooo my question is what does difficult mean?? Does hard = Difficult or does nightmare = difficult.

Difficult is Hard. The term 'Difficult' is used in many areas of the game to mean Hard Mode.

Well..ummm...I'm not sure but maybe its Difficult+ because so far no one on my server has found them in Hard, but they are finding them in Nightmare :-/
