ok so lately ive been having loads of issues that ive enver experienced in game (until i came to r2). i was kicked out of avernal realm somehow yesterday and didnt recieve my points, nothing will be done. i constantly get stuck on loading screen (the one that says loading data) while in ladder, and this ONLY happens when i do ladder. so if im constantly getting screwed for everything thats important, whats the point of playing? im just very disappointed... would be nice if r2 would compensate somehow for players in my shoes.

Ultimately what's happening is you are experiencing lag, and the relay is taking much too long, causing the page to not load. This is not something that's server side. The majority of players don't have any issues with pages loading, but a lot of people do experience lag in certain instances. There are steps you can take to try to avoid getting stuck on the loading screen..

Close everything, maybe even reboot your computer, prior to starting an event. Only have open what's necessary to do the event (ie, just the browser with the one tab for the game). Try a different browser maybe.. some people have better luck on a different browser.

Make sure you have people and effects turned off before the event starts to avoid the extra graphic load time.

There are additional things you can do within your computer to make things run a little faster and avoid the excess lag. You'll have to google optimization for gaming for your operating system and browser.

i would but my computer lags out too mcuh with other tabs open, i prefer to spend my time playing.

(im kuja btw) i never ever have other tabs open i always play with players/effects off and normally on L3. even if i did have tabs open that doesnt explain how i only get stuck on the loading screen in ladder. and it happens every day to one of my characters at least. ive played this game for a year and never encountered this until i came to R2 recently.

yeah ive already done all that stuff... ive gone thru ever browser out there and found that chrome and comodo are best (comodo is almost exactly the same as chrome lol) and ive even read guides on here about how to fix lag issues etc... it made improvements but still happens. just bothers me that it only happened since transferring here. my only guess is its because the servers are so busy is causing us trouble.

Well Im on that same server as TeaganJocics and getting suck on the loading screen in ladder, getting kicked out of Avernal for no reason, Lagging to the point where your jumping around your screen and look like your toon is having some sort of fit is happening to the majority of players there :-/

i also might add that when i get stuck on this screen that says loading data... i do not get disconnected. i left it on that screen for an hour while i went to watch tv and hope it might fix itself so i dont lose my ladder run... but it stayed there. kinda odd. i think servers need to be upgraded so they can better handle the amount of players online. just because the server doesnt crash doesnt mean we all have something bad on our end. ive played on xixi games where the servers are busier and they have much much less lag. and ive never seen the problem with being stuck on a loading screen.
