Disenchantable

After enchanting my savage gear to +4, suddenly it got labeled "disenchantable" and thus can't be enchanted anymore.

strangely, many other players can have savage gear+5, +6, and even more.

Its just telling you that you can Disenchant it (not that you want to)

You can still Enchant it and make it +13 or even +15 if you wanted to.

The Disenchanting is just to say that you can Disenchant it to make Soul Root Crystals and other Re-bith IV things as well. But it has nothing to do with the Enchanting side of it and it doesn't stop you Enchanting either.
