  • Does marriage give some game advantages for non-payers?

I read in marriage guide that we'll get rings only if buy Diamond Engagement Ring for crystals. Is it still true? (Because some players told me it's not.) And altoghether, will we have any real ingame advantages (like additional protection or skill or exp bonus or something) without spending real money (crystals, I mean)?

It is true that if you buy Diamond Ring you will keep the ring. The others do not. As for advantages, there aren't any except you get a title " ___'s wife/husband" I have heard that after 1 year of ingame marriage, you get a horse-like mount.

A: Yittien, Dragon Pals, Eternal Saga, Lunaria Story, Blade Hunter, ZAMP, Blood And Jade, Crusaders of Solaria, Nova Genesis, Winterfrost
B: Broken Realm (S1)Rima, (S4)FULLMETAL, (S4) and (S5)Who, Crystal Saga (S50)Opossum, and (S50)Aido, Wartunes (S79)Yukki, Castlot, Monkey King Online, Knight's Fable, LOA, Shadowbound, HOTB
    Other: City of Steam

With the closing of Broken Realm (Aug 14, 2014) I will no longer be an active part of R2Games community.
    Just kidding ... Maybe ...

Oh, that rumours Thank you both for answers, then I don't see any sense of ingame marriage for us.

Just to clarify- it's not the type of ring you buy to get married with, it's the type of wedding you have. You need to spend crystals on the wedding itself, not the engagement ring, to get the marriage rings.

For more information, read this short guide to the wedding types: http://forum.r2games.com/showthread....-Options-guide

So if we'll decide to buy crystals, we only need Royal Wedding to get marriage benefits, and ring may be silver?

And thank you for the link, I didn't find this guide, and that I read was a bit not clear.

The official marriage guide is just an overview of the process. Several players were kind enough to gather the missing information, such as in the link I gave you

Correct, you can guy the ring with gold, and earn the intimacy to get married. Or, you can bypass the intimacy requirement and buy the ring with crystals. That's why that option exists- just for the intimacy requirement.

Then, once you have a ring and the required intimacy for that ring, you can get married choosing one of 3 options. Honestly, the best option is the Royal wedding, because you do get both rings.
