    cannot see private shops with one char

    all my others see everything, but, one char (which was going to become my main) does not see any private shops at all. ...Vault is there, but, no private shops at all

    Are you on the correct instance? Usually shops are on L1, so if you're on L2-5 you won't see them.

    Double check your instance. It's in the upper left corner of your mini map. You can click on the yellow L# to choose a different instance to go to. If you're on L1 and not seeing shops still, please provide a screenshot that includes your mini map.

      thanks ...that did the trick. had no idea there were diff instances.
