    Hello please help, I tried to file a ticket but always failed. I have purchase crystal yesterday and have not receive them until now

    Make sure you're putting "R22945629" in the account name box, using a real email address. If you're trying to include a screenshot it needs to be in an image format and can't be too large.

    If you still have a problem with sending in a ticket, provide your Order Number (it's 18 digits and begins with 2013) from your Order History at
