didn't got crystals after recharge

I recharged 1k crystals by using unipin and i didnt got crystals on my account.please help me.

file a ticket please, the link for tickets is in my signature next to how to file a ticket, if the payment was completed you should see your crystal soon. if was your first recharge it can sometimes take a few hours to 24/48. its best to get the 18 digit transaction # from your R2 order history page and send that in with the ticket, will help. if need help getting ticket resolved, please post ticket #
