loading character list thing

what's going on? if it's not 404 blah blah.. loading character list almost takes forever to load and then it just says that connection failure. my internet connection is ok by the way in case you would tell me that it's the problem. im sure it's not.

R2! this problem must not be affecting us players... we don't need to download hotspot shield just to play this game... i'm playing this game quite long time and im not using this hotspot shield. you guys need to do something about it.. and please make it as soon as posible there's a lot of players are affected about this problem ! do something !
